The AX11 is an IO-only controller for extending a Verkada access-control deployment to elevators, sensors, switches, and other auxiliary devices. Verkada's current datasheet lists 16 dry inputs, 16 dry output relays, two auxiliary power outputs, two Wiegand reader ports, and two RS-485 reader ports. That makes the AX11 a different design choice from a standard door controller: it provides dense IO and reader connectivity, but it is not presented as a replacement for every door-controller function. The two reader ports can support elevator access configurations, while door-position indicators and Event Bridge can create events in Verkada Command from connected hardware.
Installation still requires an IO schedule and a review of the connected equipment. HTS will confirm the number and electrical behavior of inputs, relay loads, auxiliary-power requirements, reader protocol, elevator-floor design, enclosure location, network path, PoE capacity, licensing, and any third-party control interface before quoting. A dry contact or relay label alone does not establish that a customer's field device is compatible; voltage, current, supervision, wiring, and safety requirements must be validated against the device and site design. The AX11 should therefore be quoted as part of an engineered access-control scope rather than as an unqualified universal interface. The exact AX11-HW row is shown for quote requests, with pricing, availability, and lead time confirmed by HTS at quote time.
