HTS does not use the store to collect sensitive personal information intentionally. Please do not place sensitive information in free-text Notes.

Optional analytics and browser signals
Google Analytics loads only after “Allow analytics.” Events never include your search text, name, company, email, phone, notes, quote reference, or other free-form fields. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Choosing “Use essential only” does not affect the catalog or quote request.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the store treats it as an opt-out and keeps optional analytics off. To change an earlier choice, use Privacy settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent is as easy as granting it and does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.
California sale, sharing, and sensitive information
HTS does not sell personal information collected through this store. HTS does not use store information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Optional analytics is used for HTS measurement only, remains off by default, and honors Global Privacy Control. The store does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information and does not use or disclose it for purposes that require a California right-to-limit link.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may request access to or a copy of your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw analytics consent; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain sensitive-information uses; and receive equal service without discrimination for exercising a right.
Send a request to sales@harristechnologyservices.com or call 1-877-877-9080. Describe the right and the store interaction involved. HTS may request information reasonably necessary to verify the request and uses verification data only for that purpose. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable. HTS responds within the period required by applicable law and explains any denial or available appeal.
People in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom may also complain to the data-protection authority where they live or work. California residents may learn more from the California Privacy Protection Agency or California Attorney General.
Service providers, security, and international transfers
The store is hosted in Microsoft Azure and sends quote requests to ConnectWise. Consented analytics uses Google Analytics. These providers process information under their service terms and HTS instructions where applicable. Information may be processed in the United States. When European transfer rules apply, HTS uses an applicable transfer mechanism and supplementary safeguards required for the service relationship.
HTS limits collection to what is reasonably necessary for the stated purposes and uses access controls, encrypted transport, restricted infrastructure, monitoring, and fail-closed quote processing. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Changes and the company-wide policy
Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and HTS will request fresh consent when a change requires it. This store-specific notice controls for store collection. Read the company-wide privacy policy for other HTS websites and services.
