Verkada's intercom catalog includes TD33, TD52, TD53, and TD63 video devices plus TS12 audio intercom variants. The TD63 is identified as the keypad model, while TS12 variants provide different physical button arrangements. Start with the workflow at the entrance: whether staff need video verification or audio only, whether visitors enter a PIN, what a red or call button should do, and which team answers during business and after-hours periods.

The TD52 overview documents that model's 5MP video, 130-degree field of view, 5W speaker, and two beamforming microphones. It records continuous video for up to 30 days and can route calls to the Verkada Pass app, Desk Station, a browser in Command, or existing phone numbers. It can also integrate door control into the receiving workflow. These TD52 facts are not a blanket specification for TD33, TD53, TD63, or TS12; the selected model's current installation and licensing documents must be checked.
