Verkada Desk Station licenses (LIC-TX) power the TX54 Desk Station, a purpose-built desktop console designed for receptionists, front-office staff, and security operations personnel. Instead of tying up a staff member's computer workstation with browser tabs or desktop applications to manage visitor calls, the TX54 operates as an appliance-grade terminal dedicated to handling incoming visitor video calls and executing immediate door releases.

Each TX54 console requires one LIC-TX license to connect with Verkada Command. The license enables two-way audio and high-definition video calling with Verkada TD52 video intercoms and AF64 access stations. From the touchscreen display, an operator can view calling visitors, initiate a two-way conversation, review live contextual video feeds from adjacent cameras, and grant entry with a one-touch door unlock button. Layouts, call routing groups, and permissions are configured centrally in Command.

Desk Station licenses are available in one, three, five, and ten-year options. When expanding front-desk operations or adding stations across multiple branch offices, Capacity Increase (CAP) licenses automatically co-terminate with your existing Command organization. Renewal (RNW) licenses maintain continuous coverage and ongoing software enhancements across deployed stations. HTS evaluates your visitor entry workflows and reception desk locations to specify the proper desk station licensing.
