Verkada Cellular Backup licenses (LIC-CEL) provide managed LTE communication service for the ACC-CEL-LTE cellular module used with Classic Alarms installations and non-US BP41 alarm panels. When securing commercial facilities where wired broadband may be subject to power outages, physical wire cuts, or internet service disruptions, an independent cellular link ensures that alarm signals, duress alerts, and system health checks always reach monitoring centers.

This license includes the cellular connectivity plan and Command cloud routing for the attached ACC-CEL-LTE module. The panel automatically uses the cellular communicator as an active standby failover path if local Ethernet connectivity drops, or as the primary transmission path for remote buildings that lack terrestrial network infrastructure. All signaling data, central station handshakes, and panel status pings are bundled into the license without unexpected carrier surcharges or separate SIM management.

Offered in one, three, five, and ten-year options, the family covers Capacity Increase (CAP) for adding cellular backup to new panels and Renewal (RNW) for maintaining continuous coverage on active communicators. Like all Verkada subscriptions, cellular backup licenses co-terminate with your overall Command organization.
