The catalog identifies the AD64 as the keypad option and carries separate AD34 and AD64 government SKUs with PIV support and TAA-compliant positioning. Those distinctions are more useful during selection than treating every reader as interchangeable: the credential type, need for PIN entry, procurement rules, mounting location, and controller already at the door should drive the choice.

Published AD31 specifications provide a concrete baseline for that model only. The AD31 reads supported low- and high-frequency cards and works with the Verkada Pass mobile app. An integrated LED communicates door status, while IP66 and IK08 ratings describe its environmental and impact protection. The AD31 datasheet states that it requires a Verkada AC41 controller. These details should not be copied onto AD32, AD33, AD34, or AD64; HTS will verify the current datasheet and controller compatibility for the selected model before the quote is finalized.

A complete reader quote may also require a controller, lock interface, request-to-exit and door-position devices, credentials, licenses, mounting hardware, cabling, and labor. For government variants, the required PIV workflow and TAA requirement should be documented rather than inferred from the customer name. HTS will review the opening schedule and existing access platform so the reader is scoped as part of a working door, not as an isolated part number.
