The Verkada alarm sensor family brings intrusion and environmental detection onto the same platform as the cameras and access control hardware. Wired models include a surface-mount door contact and a recessed door contact, both supplied in five-packs, plus a PIR motion sensor. Wireless models add a door sensor, motion sensor, panic button, glass break sensor, and water leak sensor. The wireless panic button is intended for staff-duress use at reception desks, classrooms, or clinical counters, while the water leak sensor suits mechanical rooms, server closets, and any location where early moisture detection prevents damage.
