The alarm-panel family contains two products with an important boundary: the catalog describes BP41 as a non-US Classic Alarms panel and BP52 as a US-only New Alarms panel. Region and system generation therefore come before feature comparison. A quote should not substitute one model for the other or assume that sensors, licenses, accessories, and monitoring workflows transfer between Classic and New Alarms. HTS will confirm the installation country and target Verkada alarm architecture first.
Published BP41 specifications apply only to that model. It accepts 32 normally open or normally closed wired sensor inputs, offers optional end-of-line supervision, supplies 12V auxiliary power, and has two programmable 12V outputs for signaling devices. It connects by Ethernet and supports optional backup batteries and a plug-in cellular accessory. Management and monitoring are performed through Verkada Command. The BP52 requires its own current documentation and US New Alarms design; BP41 input counts and electrical limits should not be assigned to it.
HTS will build the zone list, identify sensor and signaling loads, check battery and communications resilience, select the regional panel and license, and account for keypads, cellular accessories, cabling, end-of-line resistors, and installation. Professional monitoring and authority requirements also need to be agreed before deployment. The resulting quote should map every wired zone and output to the panel design instead of presenting a bare enclosure.
